Common Technical Terms of Environmental Testing
First, test equipment volume
The actual volume of the space defined by the inner wall of the environmental test chamber is expressed in square meters
The 2. workspace
is in the high and low temperature test chamber, the part of the space that can keep the specified test conditions within the specified deviation range
The state of the 3. test chamber is stable
The state when the change of any point in the working space of the test chamber reaches the performance index requirements of the equipment itself
The 4. temperature deviation
In the stable state of the test chamber, the upper and lower temperature difference between the maximum temperature measured at each measuring point in the working space and the nominal temperature within the specified time.
5. relative humidity temperature difference
In the stable state of the test chamber, within the specified time, the upper and lower deviations of the maximum and minimum relative humidity measured by each measuring point in the working space from the nominal relative humidity
6. temperature fluctuation degree
In the stable state of the test chamber, within the specified time interval, the change in relative humidity over time at any point in the workspace. △ TF = (Tfmax-Tfmin)/2, indicating: △ TF ---- temperature fluctuation, ℃;Tfmax ---- the highest temperature measured within 30min at the equipment indicating point, ℃;Tfmin ---- the lowest measured temperature at the equipment indicating point within 30min, ℃.
7. Relative temperature fluctuations
The change in relative humidity at any point in the workspace over time within a specified time interval.
8. temperature uniformity
In the stable state of the test box, the maximum temperature difference between any two points in the working space at a certain time. Calculation method: under stable state, the arithmetic mean value between the highest temperature and the lowest temperature measured by each measuring point within 30min in the working space, △Tu =[∑(Tjmax-Tjmin)] /15, indicating j = 1,△Tu ---- temperature uniformity, ℃,Tjmax ---- the highest temperature measured by each measuring point in JTH test, ℃; tjmin ---- the lowest measurement temperature of each measured value in JTH measurement, ℃.
9. Relative Humidity Uniformity
In the steady state of the test chamber, the maximum humidity difference between any two points in the working space at a certain time.
calculation method: the arithmetic mean of the highest measured temperature and the lowest measured humidity of each measuring point in the working space within 30min in the steady state
10. the temperature change rate
the transition rate between the two specified temperatures measured at the geometric center of the working space of the test chamber is expressed in ℃/min.
The average transition rate between the two specified temperatures measured every 5min at the geometric center of the working space of the test chamber is expressed in °C/min.
Twelve. Air pressure deviation
In the stable state of the test chamber, the upper and lower deviations of the maximum and minimum pressures measured by the working space measuring point within the specified time and the nominal pressure
The pressure change rate
is the conversion rate between the two specified pressures measured at the geometric center of the working space of the test chamber, in kPa/min
14. Temperature recovery time
The time it takes for the workspace temperature to return to its original stable state after reaching the stable state at the specified temperature.
15, the temperature exceeds the standard
When the equipment is heated or cooled to the specified temperature, the actual temperature of the working space exceeds the allowable deviation range of the specified temperature.
